What Meraid is
Meraid is a QR sticker product and profile hosting service. We create a public web page at meraid.in/[username] that displays emergency information and social links you provide. We also sell physical vinyl QR stickers that link to this page.
Not a medical service
Meraid is not a medical service. All emergency information is self-reported by the user. Meraid makes no representations about its accuracy and is not liable for any outcomes — medical, legal, or otherwise — that result from information displayed on a Meraid profile. Emergency responders should always verify information independently.
Your responsibilities
- You must provide accurate information. False medical information is your responsibility.
- You must not use Meraid to impersonate another person.
- You must not use Meraid to display illegal, harmful, or abusive content.
- Your username is permanent once set — choose carefully.
Orders and refunds
Physical stickers are non-refundable once shipped. If your sticker arrives damaged, contact us at hello@meraid.in within 7 days.
Account suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the platform, violate these terms, or display harmful content. We will attempt to notify you before taking action unless the violation is severe.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kannur, Kerala, India.
